Dr. Whitney Baxter, ND

Dr. Whitney Baxter is a licensed naturopathic doctor practicing in Victoria, British Columbia. Her clinical focus is also digestion, helping patients with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), reflux or heartburn, bloating, SIBO and the gut-brain connection. Dr. Baxter holds prescriptive rights and offers IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections and iron infusions.

Her journey to naturopathic medicine began after working as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation. She witnessed the value of a holistic approach to healthcare and understood that each individual’s physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected.
As a naturopathic doctor, she listens to your story so together, you can create a strategy to achieve sustainable results.

Her clinical practice is at Glow Integrative Clinic in Victoria where she sees patients in-person or virtually (available to all residents of BC, Canada). She hosts webinars all about gut health through her clinic space and public-facing talks throughout the year.

She is a mom of three girls (including twins!). She is slowly returning to running and is always busy finding new adventures around Vancouver Island with her family. Every week, she loves getting together with her fellow co-hosts of Team Gut Girls Podcast to dive into digestive health topics to create clarity and confidence for their listeners so they can better understand their symptoms and talk to their healthcare providers.
